Service Description
Ideal for returning clients who are maintaining their established brow shape. Using a gentle, sensitive-skin hard wax combined with detailed tweezing and trimming techniques, we refine and refresh your brows while preserving their natural balance and design. This service is designed to support consistency and long-term brow health, ensuring your brows continue to complement your features as they evolve. *Please note: If it has been over one year since your last brow appointment, this service will be considered a First-Time Eyebrow Styling to allow for a full consultation and re-design.
Cancellation Policy
Enigma Brow & Lash kindly asks that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other guests. Cancellations within 6 hours of the appointment may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). Third no-show or subsequent offense will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s) and may require prepayment for future bookings. This policy is strictly enforced out of respect for our time and for other guests seeking appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
