Using our sensitive-skin hard wax formula along with precise tweezing and trimming techniques, your brows are shaped with care and attention to detail. We’ll begin with a thorough consultation to discuss your brow history, goals, lifestyle, and future plans. You’ll also receive guidance on grooming, growing in your brows, and personalized styling or makeup recommendations to support long-term results.
Cancellation Policy
Enigma Brow & Lash kindly asks that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other guests. Cancellations within 6 hours of the appointment may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). Third no-show offense will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s) and may require prepayment for future bookings. This policy is strictly enforced out of respect for our time and for other guests seeking appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
